Bayesian vs. Frequentist: Which One Are You?

Dec 10, 2024

Here’s something most of us don’t think about: how we approach probabilities says a lot about how we see the world.

In school, we’re usually taught the Frequentist way -where probability is about the long run. Flip a coin enough times, and heads show up about 50% of the time.

But there’s another approach: the Bayesian way. It’s about adjusting what you think when new evidence comes in. Like if a coin lands heads 8 times in a row-you might start to suspect something’s up.

So… which one are you?

I made a short, fun quiz to help you figure it out. And you might learn something new about how your brain works.
