Start with the WHY, but end with the HOW

The one thing and the most important thing, missing from many books and films is the ‘how’; how she became the CEO, how he learned to master pianos, how can salespeople email people less but still meet their quota.

Instead, so many focus on the why part, which is important but those tend to be common sense (so they can easily resonate with their audience and become bestsellers!).

And even if I didn’t know the why, after I get convinced about why I should do this, I am left with nothing actionable. ‘I agree with the author’ would be the only thing pop up in my mind when I finish the last page.

Indeed, ‘how’ is the part few know and take much more effort to tell; ‘how’ is what we need.
